MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I probably won't remember to do this on Christmas day, so.... here it is! My Christmas post 3 days early! YAY!!! I find it kind of funny that the only decorations we have up is our tree and a couple wreaths. Usually our house looks VERY Christmassy... But, we'll get to it. Right Mom??? One thing that I thought that I would never complain about in my life is... THE LACK OF SNOW! I mean... You just have to have snow on Christmas, at least, in most cases. (You're a special exception Aunt Becca! xoxoxo) Don't ask me why it doesn't feel like the holiday season considering the certain circumstances I am under! Well, I wish everyone a very merry, DECORATED Christmas. (P.S.) Some of my favorite holiday decorations I found online.) :)     I'm Emilie, I am 12 years old, and I am 7 of 8. :)

I'M BACK!!!

 Okay, so... I haven't been here for a while. I know my last post was like, what... In April? I have decided to try and blog about anything interesting that happens in my life. So, if I don't post, yeah my life might not be an action movie. But I can tell you, I will try to come back every now and then. Hmm.... Interesting things.  Okay fine. Nothing spectacularly amazing has happened since April. Any suggestions? :)

Dear Mother Nature

  Okay, I know you've had a tough year, but why take it out on all of us? I appreciate your job, and I get that it's a little tough... But, that is no reason to torment us Utahans. As I am enjoying a nice walk home from school in the nice warmth, IT STARTS TO SNOW!!! Don't you think that is a little unnecessary?! Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I'm a little disappointed. I was sort of under the impression that spring was here.

I'M SO READY FOR SUMMER!!!

As of  three months ago (when winter started...) I was

definitely ready for summer. 

 I hate winter... Many of you might think, "Wow... She really 

sounds like her Mom..." and quite frankly, my Mom is probably

 where I got my opinion. My Mom always says, " We should 

move some where warm... Like Arizona." I completely agree 

with her idea. :) I think the only things I would miss in Utah 

would be the mountains, because Utah's mountains are stunning. 

 

I would also miss my Utah family and friends. But otherwise,

there's no ocean, no "warm winters", and no palm trees. 

I don't mean to complain, too much....

I would LOVE Utah if winter was warm.

The 1st Post from The 7th Child

I used to be the baby of the family... an only girl with three older 
brothers... but not anymore.
In June of 2006, my mom married the most awesome
step-dad on the planet.
Suddenly I also had three older sisters and a younger brother.
Sometimes being the seventh of eight kids is fun... 
sometimes, not so much.
This is the story of a big blended family from my point of view.
